Privacy Policy
What data the wiki collects, why, who it is shared with, and how you delete all of it.
9 September 2026
The honest summary: Browsing the wiki asks nothing of you. If you create an account, we keep your email, your nickname and what you publish. We do not sell your data to anyone. The ads are Google’s, and Google is the one using cookies in them. You can delete your entire account at any time, by yourself.
1.Who is responsible
This site is operated by Vitor Gama Emediato, registered in Brazil under CNPJ 42.363.404/0001-90, based in montes claros/ MG.
For anything privacy-related, write to animeidlewiki@outlook.com. We reply within 15 days.
This is a fan-made site. We have no link to, sponsorship from, or authorisation by the game Anime Idle or its developers.
2.Data we collect
If you only browse, with no account:
- A scrambled code derived from your IP address and your browser, used only so the same visit is not counted twice in one day. That code is one-way: it cannot be turned back into your IP.
- Technical access logs (date, time, address visited), kept for six months as required by article 15 of the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework.
3.If you create an account
- Email — to sign in, confirm the account and recover the password.
- Nickname and, if you want, a short description — both are public.
- Password, stored only as a cryptographic hash. Not even we can read your password.
- What you publish: teams, guidance, prerequisites, comments, likes and dislikes.
4.If you buy VIP or make a donation
We never receive and never store card details. All payment happens on Asaas’s pages, and Asaas is who processes and stores that information. Because VIP is a one-off purchase with no auto-renewal, there is no saved card anywhere.
- A record of what was bought, the amount, the date and the payment status.
5.Why we collect it, and on what legal basis
- To run the service (LGPD art. 7, V): account, sign-in, publishing teams, comments and delivering the VIP you bought.
- To comply with the law (art. 7, II): access logs under the Internet Civil Framework, and tax records of payments.
- Legitimate interest (art. 7, IX): view counts, abuse and spam prevention, and improving the site. These counts are aggregated and build no profile of anyone.
- With your consent (art. 7, I): personalised advertising cookies. You choose in the notice shown on your first visit, and can change it later.
6.Cookies
We use three kinds, and only the third depends on your consent:
- Necessary: they keep you signed in. Without them the site does not work — but they only exist if you have an account.
- Preference: they remember your choices, such as light or dark theme and the language.
- Advertising: placed by Google and its partners. Explained in the next section.
7.Advertising and Google
This site shows ads served by Google, through Google AdSense. About that, you should know:
- Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on this site.
- Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites on the internet.
- You may opt out of the DART cookie through Google’s ads policy (policies.google.com/technologies/ads) or Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com).
- Third-party vendors may also serve ads here. To opt out of cookies from several companies at once, use aboutads.info/choices or youronlinechoices.com.
- We do not choose which ads appear and we have no access to the data Google collects through them.
VIP subscribers see no ads
While VIP is active, the advertising script is not even loaded on the page — meaning no advertising cookie is placed in your browser during that period.
8.Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade your data. We share it only with the companies that make the site work, and only what each function needs:
- Supabase — database, accounts and sending the confirmation emails.
- Vercel — hosting and page delivery.
- Asaas — processing VIP payments and donations.
- Google — serving the ads.
9.International transfer
Some of those services keep servers outside Brazil, which means an international data transfer, carried out under articles 33 and following of the LGPD and those vendors’ contractual clauses.
We may also share data if compelled by a court order or a request from a competent authority.
10.What is public
Your nickname, your description, the teams you publish and your comments are visible to anyone, including people without an account, and may be indexed by search engines. Your email never appears publicly.
A team saved as a draft is visible only to you. It becomes public only when you click publish.
11.Your rights
The LGPD grants you, at any time and free of charge, the right to:
- confirm whether we process your data, and access it;
- correct incomplete or outdated data;
- request anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data;
- request portability of your data to another provider;
- know who we share your data with;
- withdraw the consent given for personalised advertising;
- object to processing you consider irregular.
Most of this you can do yourself
In My account you can change your nickname, change your email, change your password, edit or delete any team and any comment of yours, and delete the whole account. For anything not there, write to animeidlewiki@outlook.com.
12.How long we keep it
- Account and content: for as long as the account exists.
- On account deletion: we immediately delete the email, the nickname, the teams, the comments and the votes. That deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Access logs: six months, as required by the Internet Civil Framework.
- Payment records: five years, as required for tax purposes, even after the account is deleted. In that case they are unlinked from your profile.
13.Security
Passwords are stored hashed, all traffic is encrypted, and the database uses row-level access rules — in practice, each account reaches only its own data. Even so, no system is infallible: if an incident occurs that could pose a relevant risk to you, we will notify you and Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority, as article 48 of the LGPD requires.
14.Children and teenagers
The site is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not create accounts for that age group. Between 13 and 18, signing up requires the consent of at least one parent or legal guardian.
If we find an account belonging to someone under 13, it is deleted. If you are a guardian and spot such an account, write to animeidlewiki@outlook.com and we will remove it.
15.Changes to this policy
We may update this text. When a change is relevant, we announce it on the site at least 15 days in advance. The date at the top always shows the version in force.
This site is operated from Brazil and follows Brazilian law. This English version is provided for your convenience; in case of any divergence, the Portuguese version prevails. Política de Privacidade
