How points work
Publishing earns nothing. Being useful does.
Members earn rank as what they post here gets used by other people. The database does the counting on its own, from what is already recorded — nobody types anybody points, and there is no way to ask for them.
What earns points
- Published team that reached 3 net upvotes or 100 views+10
- Published guide that reached 5 net upvotes or 200 views+25
- Each net upvote your team or guide received+3
- A comment of yours with 40 characters or more (up to 50)+1
Net upvote means upvotes minus downvotes. A negative balance does not become negative points — downvoted content simply stops counting.
Why it is not by volume
If every published team earned points, thirty empty teams would be worth three hundred — and the community listing would turn into a dump. That is why a post only starts scoring once it reaches upvotes or views: the community decides what counted, not the volume.
The ranks
Everyone is a New member for the first 15 days, whether they post a lot or a little. After that, rank starts climbing with points.

The badges
A badge does not go up or down: you either have it or you do not. They appear next to your name in chat, in comments and on everything you publish.

Has backed the site with money. Never expires.
- Founder
One of the first 20 people who paid for the site, VIP or donation.
- Popular
Brought 25 people who stayed.
- Recruiter
Brought 10 people who stayed.
- Scout
Brought 3 people who stayed.
- Unshakeable
100 days in a row on the site.
- Regular
30 days in a row on the site.
- Strategist
3 published teams the community approved of.
- Author
One published guide the community approved of.
Where this shows up
Your rank and badges appear next to your name in the community chat, on every comment and on every team or guide you publish. Your account page shows how far the next rank is.
